Whats happening in Truro

During these uncertain times, we are sure you would like to know how we look after our guests during their stay with us at Vine Cottage. Please read below the measures we have put in place.

• We have stepped up our cleaning regime and practices for Covid-19 . Every morning after guests leave, the whole house is thoroughly cleaned with hot water and detergent. Then we do our usual cleaning routine with our cleaning products and anti-bac spray and wipes. All floors are steamed.
• We have removed books and magazines from our rooms.
• We have hospitality trays in the rooms and we are offering a full breakfast menu.
• We have two dining rooms, a conservatory overlooking the garden and our traditional dining room, this allows us to socially distance our guests at breakfast. We also have guests that set their breakfast time, usually a little later so they are away from other guests.
• We have a hand sanitiser station set up as guests step in or out of the property and hand sanitiser in all the ensuites.
• We discuss with guests how they would like their room(s) serviced and happy to do whatever they are comfortable with.
• All our hospitality food and drinks are in sachets and sealed containers.
